The Mansard Restaurant is open from Tuesdays to Sundays from 12h00 to 14h00 and from 18h30 to 21h30.
During the high season, from Monday 2 February to Sunday 22 February 2026, our restaurant will be open daily from Mondays to Sundays from 12h00 to 14h00 and from 18h30 to 22h00.
The Mansard Bar & Lounge is open daily from Mondays to Sundays.

The Mansard Rooftop
Pair panoramic views of the mountains and surrounding countryside with delicious cocktails at The Mansard Rooftop, Gstaad’s only open-air rooftop bar. This year-round destination makes for a vibrant and scenic meeting point in central Gstaad. Toast to your day’s adventures with our nourishing menu of snacks and light bites paired with an expertly-mixed cocktail or a glass of wine.
The Rooftop Bar is open from Fridays to Mondays from 12h00 to 17h00.
During the high season period, from Monday 2 to Sunday 22 of February 2026, the Rooftop stays only closed on the following days:
- Monday 2 February
- Tuesday 3 February
- Monday 9 February
- Tuesday 10 February
From Wednesday 11 to Sunday 22 of February 2026 the Rooftop bar will remain open daily from 12h00 to 22h00
